why fitness?
when one asks or searches about attaining fitness or a healthy lifestyle that make me assume that there is something that makes you feel unwell physically.or maybe mentally as we know a healthy brain stays in a healthy body and to make our body completely fit . which draws me to the topic what does fitness and healthy being actually means to us , does it means going and hitting the gym half of the day or working out like freaks, these things can be done but if you are a freak and have been doing this from along time or else it is only going to create problems for you in your initial stage. fitness means being up to the mark,ready to perform any actions , if you're asked to run you are all set to run. And if your body is fit believe me not all the time but utmost of the time you'll be in a positive frame of mind.
Majority of the people suffering from fitness problems don't know the actual meaning of the word fitness or if they know they are unknown to how to start and continue ,
well that's not gonna be a problem for you anymore . That's what we are here for , so the most important point that most of the people miss out is why fitness is so much
important , well i guess you can find the answer around you as well . Every 3 out of 4 people are having extra-ordinary tummy's which hides their lower body.
when look down. This affects the personalities , looks , confidence , frame of mind , stamina , way of living and other nth number of things. Fitness is today's necessity for each and everyone . If you haven't workout for a month or an year or so u can understand everything that's going wrong around you , people who don't workout are lying like lumps on the couches , beds and anywhere and everywhere they find a place to lay on . Working out does not needs to be talked about it's benefits and positives . You feel much more vigilant , energetic your reflex increases , your coordination improves , you are much more confident then you've been ever before , you are ever ready for challenges , you are able to attract positivity all the time , you cannot be pulled into any kind of ill habits or stuffs like that , you are able to avoid a number of diseases and more Nth number of things . And if you're aren't able to give even an hour out of 24 then you're definitely into a serious kind of trouble . Exercise is the basic need that everyone needs to understand , it does not just means growing up big muscles , it's about some movement of your body of course apart from your daily activities , putting some pressure to the corroded parts bringing em back in action , putting out some drops of sweat .
Along with this living in such
era of pollution and disease if one doesn't have an enough strong immune system you're gonna pay for it. And this is the fact of the matter and the market
is too costly nor do we want to pay anything further . if you're reading this, this shows you're concerned and are ready to be the part of the journey.
