so we're done the first part that was about meditation and learning about fitness , now we can begin with the next part , this is from where the informative section begins . So one of the most important things in the process of attaining fitness is not the exercise but the diet , if one is not following a proper diet , it is impossible to attain a desirable body may it be of any kind . So where do we start to eat , with the breakfast right ?
So the very first thing you should do , after you leave the bed is have a glass or two of water that is better if it is slightly warm and best if added a little lime or honey too .The next thing that you should have is a fruit that can be anyone as per your convenience that would help to lift your metabolism and some dry fruits ( cashew nut , almond ) this makes a proper before breakfast healthy appetite filler . And if you look for a beverage you can go for green tea , that is amongst the healthiest beverage that you may know .
All time Healthy breakfast
Vegetarian
- Oatmeal ( preferred : self made with some flex seed )
- Bread with peanut butter ( brown bread )
- Poha
- Idli
- Salad
Basically Breakfast has to be heavy but less oily and should be consumed according to BMI
Non-vegetarian
According to experts eggs are the one of the most highly recommended breakfast meal one could have , as it contains almost all forms of vitamins and is rich in vitamin D , B6 , B12 that would keep you boosted up throughout the day , you can everyday have eggs in your breakfast but if you can burn it down as in if you work out accordingly as eggs contains calories and fats and if not burnt it can have negative impacts but need not to worry as we will be providing the proper calorie burning exercises ahead . The number of eggs consumed normally should not be more than 2 again it is valid for the people who do not work out in the apt manner . Eggs can be consumed in different forms
- Aumlet
- along with bread
- Boiled ( Highly recommended )
Generally should be avoided to have cooked in oily form for breakfast .
