After you come to know about fitness and it's importance in today's life and u are keen to be the part of the journey , the next question that comes to your mind is how to Or where to start from and how to maintain this and perform in a consecutive manner . Well that's not a big problem but the thing that comes into play here is your age group . There is no particular age group that is facing fitness problems but almost every group starting from the teenager (14-18 ) to just adults ( 19-25 ) to grown up people ( 30-40 ) to going to be old (40-50 ) everyone faces the problem  , but the problem is not the same for each group . Some people just want to maintain their shape , teenager wants to grow muscles on the other hand some wants to reduce .

 So this topic needs to get covered with proper classification. But before we go to that part let's talk about the kind of mindset you need to posses during the process that is one of the most important thing , because even if you start and are not able to continue this y'all will be unable to achieve anything positive as we know this is not about an overnight change that's going to happen the next morning . Being very authentic  , this process takes sweats , willpower , believe but once you get to see one positive change you will start doing this on an automatic note . Truth is hard to digest because it has a valid point and the point is no one is going to do it for you . The one who is going to shut the mouth of people talking negative at your back about your figure and all is ‘you'. Becoming fit and maintaining fitness are two different things , to maintain fitness one has to pay attention to the body to the mind on a regular note . By regular note we don't mean 24×7 but everyone on this planet who wants a healthy lifestyle needs to give minimum an hour out of 24 for self . Unless and until you have a calm mind it's almost impossible to maintain regularity , don't worry if you don't have it. This too has a solution .

A person who is not fit wants to or avoids to do even the basics even the activities that we perform on a daily basis some of them are getting up to have a glass of water or switching of the fan to putting your phone on charge , this is not something new this happens,happens with every lazy lump and there's nothing to deny or hide In it because when you have a greater percentage of fat in your body or less proportion of muscles your brain responds in a different manner and why it won't because it gets habituated with the pleasures , pleasures of just lying down . Initially it would take some of your will , initially you'll have to force your self sometimes to do it but just do it for yourself .

The brain asks for pleasure , what if after a while your brain starts releasing dopamine and seratonin when you workout and you start to feel pleasure in it , it is the only addiction that is good for you but never forget to be natural and avoid consumption of any kind of chemicals and all , what nature can give you none else can not even the bestest medicines . Also According to research and personal experience we suggest that a person should meditate everyday equal to their age if not on an average one should meditate for at least 15 mins a day , yes that is enough . Now you already know how you're gonna give it a start don't wait, mediation does not needs to be done at any particular time  , it's more effective in the morning but you can do it as per your convenience just remember to keep your back bone straight . That's it.
