Workout , what does that word exactly means well if you break the word it is work that means to do something and out , to put your actions out that can be anything , that does not only mean if you do it with a dumbell or using some heavy weights that's not everyone can do nor everyone wants too. Morning workouts should be something that would pump you up with agility for the entire day ahead. If the day starts good the whole day goes good what can be better than exercise to start your day , but where to start ? How to do it  ? How to make a routine ?  these are the questions that pops up right . Morning workout routine well that is not important, it's not at all necessary that you can do it only if you follow a routine or a pattern . What is important here is that you should do it for at least an hour , anything you like , anything you want , as said it is not about any particular kind of does , any kind of physical actions you do any kind of physical activity that brings out sweat , that is good enough . Body is as similar as a machine till the time the machine is working it's running it's good but after it's  kept shut for years it is rusted and various kinds of problems starts entering the machine . Many people don't have ideas about what exercise they can do in order to stay away from the Disease named problems . There are a lot , a lot of exercises we won't be mentioning them all but the best ones , at least the ones that everyone can perform in common .

Walking- Jogging-Running:-




Walking on sunshine is the best , believe or not ,  this is a perfect way you can start your exercise . If you don't think so let's know some of its benefits . Walking burns calories , a lot of people are walking to lose weight  , walking for weight loss is a great option , you have to do what you always do but it's better if you walk with a bit higher speed than your usual walking speed that would bring more of your muscles in more of use . You can take some of your friends and can go on a walking tour . But before that you should make sure that you don't eat much because walking after eating can be a bit problematic . Walking for diabetes patients is a way good option that would control your sugar level on an excellent note  . Some researches shows that walking 10,000 steps a day does not require any other exercise .

Cycling:-



Cycling is good for health , cycling burn calories , cycling for weight loss are some of the most suggested exercises . Makes proper use of your legs , very good exercise for cardio . Cycling weekly would also do good for you , would help you keep away from cardiac arrests , pumping blood flow if you don't own a cycle you can join cycling Club that are going quite common in towns .

Yoga:-



People who suffer from knee and back pain and can't go for cycling, running they can start their exercise by performing yoga . Yoga benefits are something that many people are unaware of . yoga for weight loss is one of those , one of the form of yoga that's anulom-vilom means straight and opposite is a technique of breathing which can help loose weight and is also a stress buster it also increases lungs breathing capacity. As personal experience we also suggest yoga for back pain , it gives extreme relief from such kind of pains performing some particular yoga postures that is better than therapy .

Skipping rope:-



Skipping rope is one of the high calorie burning exercises out of all as it continuously  keeps your body in high action the best reason its suggested is skipping rope for belly fat reduction . As it involves your legs and tones it , abs , shoulders , hips and almost covers every part of your body if one can skip 200 rounds that is enough for the day.
