Meditation , everyone knows their exist a word mediation and everyone has their own way of doing it . But if you aren't doing it in the organic way you won't be able to achieve maximum output out of it . When you are meditating you are unaware but aware of what is going on around you , OK let's make this a bit simple , There are four types of meditation but we don't need to know about all of them but we should be knowing these two out of four . This mediation requires only a silent room or if you can't have that you can buy earbuds that will too do the job for you . Now the most important thing , when you have closed your eyes and are in a state of concentration , your backbone is straight and there is a silence around you you need to focus upon something that won't let distract you elsewhere . Don't be surprised to know that is within you , have you heard that sound that plays after a big collision yes u are Recognizing it , a thin sound . This is known as Sound of Silence. It is the property of our ears that it is unable to hear a thin sound in the presence of a thicker sound. But when it's silent believe or not this is the most authentic and the best way you can mediate . Just try and focus on that sound for the period of time you are still or meditating and you'll start finding out positives in a week or two that will not only help you to get a composed mind but will make you build and grow in every aspect of your life .
