Healthy breakfast Recipes and ideas:-
What comes to your mind When you hear about diet plans and recipes , tasteless meals right ? But have you heard the phrase that says what taste goods is not good for your health , well that's true but partly , you need not to worry much about it as we are here with some morning breakfast recipes and be making sure that we don't disappoint your taste buds .
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is the healthiest morning meal one can have . It is rich in protein, carbs, vitamin, fibre and it has a number of benefits but that also counts the ingredients one adds in it.
Oatmeal is best to be prepared in slightly warm milk ( 1/2 litre ) and honey to make it sweet and avoid sugar .

Also oatmeal contains beta - glucan that helps our immune system to avoid infection prone diseases

2. Fruits Salad
Fruit salad can be made of any fruit but , people can get bored eating same fruits everyday . So here we can apply some variations for example :-

- Banana-Raspberry-Strawberry ( Banana berry salad )
- pineapple-kiwi-strawberry-Blackberry ( Mix berry salad )
- Watermelon-cherry-blueberry-raspberry ( watermelon berry salad )
- papaya-pineapple-grapes-green apple ( green mix salad )
3. Non - vegetarian Salad
Boiled eggs with cabbage and spinach leaves
Also if someone wants to add extra Protein can add chicken slices .
Research shows that animal protein is the actual form of protein and is 90% absorbed by the body while vegetable protein is 60 - 70 % absorbed .
